Job Description

As a Production and Creative Development intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both the production and content aspects of our work. You will be involved in various tasks and projects within our production house, where you can sharpen both your organizational skills and your creative thinking. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into the dynamic world of television and film production, and to gain valuable experience in the development aspects of the profession.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Preparing schedules and plans for ongoing projects.
• Assisting in reading and evaluating pitches.
• Critically reviewing projects in development and providing valuable feedback.
• Monitoring books to assess whether they are interesting or relevant for our projects.
• Performing practical tasks that assist in the development of series, such as organizing meetings and gatherings.
• Conducting research on trends, market developments, and competition analysis to support project development.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring that project objectives are completed within the set deadlines.
• Providing support in coordinating production tasks.
• Assisting with other supporting tasks such as research and administrative duties.

Desired profile

• You are pursuing a relevant degree in media, film and television studies, communication, or a similar field.
• You have an affinity for both the production and creative aspects of film and television production.
• Strong organizational skills, with excellent planning and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
